Milner Jack

A mild tasting, semi-soft cheese with excellent texture. This all purpose cheese can be used from your sandwiches to your pizza. Easy slicing makes for great snacking.

Flavoured Jack

Peppercorn, mustard seed, chili, stinging nettle, cumin seed, jalapeño, red bell pepper, sun-dried tomato and garlic.

Fresh Goat Cheese

Our fresh goat cheese made in the hand-crafted style of Bijou cheese, without the aging. It is soft, almost fluffy texture and fresh milk taste and contains no salt inside, making it a choice for those watching their salt intake. Firmer, it can be sliced on a salad with a drizzle of honey, or served on a cheeseboard alongside aged goat cheeses.

Chèvre

This unaged fresh cheese is distinguished by a simple, mild, fresh goats’ milk flavour and is highly versatile as an ingredient or as part of a cheeseboard. Creamy and spreadable, it comes in many delicious flavours or plain. Try it on a cracker or as a replacement for your sour cream, cream cheese or mayonnaise dishes.

Cheese Curds

Don’t just think poutine, these curds can be used in your morning omelette; your lasagne; even as a pizza topping or simply just served as a healthy squeaky snack.

Tipsy Goat

A perfect pairing of wine and cheese into one. Infused with Merlot red wine, this aged cheese creates a wonderful taste of the pairing. (Limited availability throughout the year.)

Aged Goat Cheese

Aged over a year, this cheese serves well as parmesan or just add the wine.

Caerphilly

This Welsh style, hard cheese originates near the town of Caerphilly, Wales and helped replenish local coal miners with their salt intake. Its crumbly texture provides a perfect substitute for parmesan as it can be grated or melted onto your dish.

Colby Style

This cheese has a nice mild smooth flavour and does not ripen to an excessively sharp flavour. It has a nice glossy texture that grates and melts well. It is a perfect table cheese.

Goat Feta

A brined cheese, tangy and moist. Feta can be crumbled or sliced onto your salad or paired with fresh summer fruit.

We follow the natural cycle of our goats in that they only produce milk 9 months of the year, from Spring to early Winter. Therefore, our cheese may vary during the seasons and we may not always carry the same selection. Due to the seasonality of our products, availability will vary throughout the year.
